Judicial Service Commission Appoints Hon. BS Dlamini as Acting Judge of the Industrial Court of Appeal

The Judicial Service Commission has appointed Hon. BS Dlamini, a Judge of the High Court of Eswatini, to serve on an acting basis at the Industrial Court of Appeal.

This appointment is in accordance with the Commission’s constitutional mandate to ensure the effective functioning of the superior courts and to strengthen the administration of justice within specialised jurisdictions.

Hon. BS Dlamini brings to the Industrial Court of Appeal extensive judicial experience and a strong background in the adjudication of complex legal matters. His acting appointment is expected to support the timely determination of appeals and enhance the continued delivery of justice in labour and industrial relations cases.
