The Judiciary of Eswatini successfully held a Change Management Session for the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS) from 06 to 08 March 2026 at Happy Valley Hotel. The session brought together Judicial Officers and key administrative personnel from various courts across the country.

The programme formed part of the Judiciary’s preparations for the implementation of the IECMS, a system designed to modernise court operations and enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of case management processes. The session focused on system governance, revised workflows, digital case handling procedures, reporting structures, and accountability frameworks.

Participants were also introduced to strategies aimed at supporting institutional adaptation and ensuring a smooth transition to a fully digital environment within the courts. The discussions and engagements during the session highlighted the Judiciary’s commitment to embracing technological transformation in the administration of justice.

The successful completion of the Change Management Session marks an important milestone in the ongoing implementation of the IECMS and reinforces the Judiciary’s dedication to improving service delivery and strengthening the justice system in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
