The Commission of Inquiry established to investigate matters relating to the Master of the High Court has officially concluded its work and submitted its final report to the Hon. Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala.

The inquiry was constituted to investigate allegations of maladministration, abuse of power, and the alleged embezzlement of estate funds within the Master’s Office. The Commission conducted its investigations in accordance with its mandate to examine the concerns raised and provide recommendations.

Following the completion of its work, the Commission formally handed over the report to the Hon. Chief Justice. According to the Chief Justice, the report will be made available to the public shortly.

The Judiciary of Eswatini remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the strengthening of public confidence in the administration of justice. The release of the report will mark an important step in addressing the matters that were brought before the Commission of Inquiry.
