Judicial Service Commission Appoints Hon. BS Dlamini as Acting Judge of the Industrial Court of Appeal

The Judicial Service Commission has appointed High Court Judge Hon. BS Dlamini to serve on an acting basis at the Industrial Court of Appeal, reinforcing the Judiciary’s commitment to efficient and effective administration of justice in labour matters.

The Judicial Service Commission has appointed Hon. BS Dlamini, a Judge of the High Court of Eswatini, to serve on an acting basis at the Industrial Court of Appeal.

This appointment is in accordance with the Commission’s constitutional mandate to ensure the effective functioning of the superior courts and to strengthen the administration of justice within specialised jurisdictions.
